Leonardo da Vinci's Lady with an Ermine in the Czartoryski Museum, Kraków

Czartoryski Museum reduced ticket

The museum's single reduced category, for over-65s, pensioners, disabled visitors with a carer, EU teachers, and ISIC or Euro<26 holders.

The reduced ticket gives you exactly the same rooms, slot and three-month branch access as the adult ticket. The museum sells it as one combined category, and it checks eligibility at the door, so read the rules below before you choose it.

Who qualifies

Visitors over 65, retirees, pensioners, and disabled visitors together with one carer, if they are citizens of an EU member state, the EEA or Switzerland. Pupils, students and doctoral students who are citizens of those countries also qualify, although under 26 the museum's own token-price ticket is the better choice.

Teachers at schools in Poland or elsewhere in the EU and EEA, and holders of an ISIC or Euro<26 card, with no citizenship condition stated for the cards.

The proof you must bring

On the day, show the card or document your concession rests on, such as a pensioner's card, a disability card, an ISIC card or a document confirming your age, together with a passport or ID card. The museum does not honour a reduced ticket shown without that proof, and it does not refund it.

If you are not sure you qualify, write to us before you book and we will check with you.

Frequently asked

I am over 65 but not an EU citizen. Can I use the reduced ticket?
Not on age alone. The museum's concession for over-65s applies to citizens of the EU, the EEA and Switzerland. An ISIC or Euro<26 card is the exception. Otherwise choose the adult ticket.
Is there a separate student ticket?
Pupils and students under 26 can get a token-price ticket from the museum itself. We do not sell it.
