Czartoryski Museum adult ticket
Timed entry to all 21 rooms and the Lady with an Ermine, on the date and 10-minute slot you choose.
The adult ticket admits you to the whole route through the Czartoryski palace on one date and one 10-minute slot, from the Norblin canvases on the landing to the room where Leonardo's Lady with an Ermine hangs. It also opens eight more National Museum sites for three months.
What the adult ticket covers
Entry to the 21 rooms on two floors of the palace, including the Czartoryski rooms, the rooms on Polish history with the Royal Casket, the Antique Salon, the Renaissance room and the room of the Lady with an Ermine.
Within three months of your date, entry to the permanent exhibitions at Bishop Erazm Ciołek Palace, the Jan Matejko House, the Józef Mehoffer House, the Emeryk Hutten-Czapski Museum with the Józef Czapski Pavilion, the Szołayski House, the Stanisław Wyspiański Museum and the Karol Szymanowski Museum in Zakopane, plus the Arms and Colour exhibition at the Arsenał.
On the day
Arrive a few minutes before your slot so you have time to leave large bags, umbrellas and coats in the free cloakroom or lockers. Show your e-ticket at the entrance; it is a bearer ticket, so the museum admits the first person who presents it.
The slot is the time you enter. Once you are inside, you can stay until closing at 18:00.
Who this ticket is not for
If you are a pupil or student under 26 with a school or student ID, the museum sells its own token-price ticket, which we do not offer. If you want to visit on a Tuesday, entry is free with timed tickets handed out at the museum desk on the day. We do not sell Tuesdays.
